This dynamic class focuses on mindful movement linked with breath. The class will include Sun Salutations, Standing poses, seated poses, and restorative poses. Appropriate for new students and continuing students. Variations of poses as well as modifications and hands-on adjustments(if desired) will be offered to ensure your practice fits you where your body is today.

Meet the Instructor: Benjamin Clarke
As a Holistic Health Practitioner, Ben has 10 years of experience working directly with the human body and its amazing capabilities. Ben discovered yoga as a kid when his mom would take him to classes with her. In 2016, during his fight with cancer, Ben started to take a more focused look at his body and deepened his yoga practice. Yoga played a huge role in his recovery and sanity during and after chemo, and throughout 5 abdominal surgeries. Ben has been cancer-free for 3 years and in that time yoga has helped Ben recover physically and emotionally from the trauma. Yoga with Ben is about meeting you where you are today and helping you to cultivate a greater sense of awareness and create a space within yourself to allow healing, understanding, and growth.
