Meet the Instructor: Lisa Hampton
Lisa Hampton, MS is the founder of Mindful Fitness and has been creating and leading fitness and wellness programs since 1994. Lisa is a Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor and Mind-Body Consultant and leads yoga and mindfulness retreats in the United States and Europe.
