Meditation, the practice of relaxation and inner peace, is another way to enjoy your experience at the Japanese Friendship Garden. Breathing exercises and the serenity of the Zen rock garden will provide a safe space to meditate. With the careful guidance of an instructor, you will be able to learn the techniques to gaining self-awareness and acceptance.
