As of December 15th, I will be scheduled to work Tuesdays through Saturdays 11 am through 2:45 pm, during these slower winter months, so I wanted to get you started off with some additional information in the meantime!
Our standard packages are currently available for dates in July 2021 and beyond and I will get back to you with more detailed availability information per your requested dates. Here is our PRIVATE EVENT BROCHURE for your review.
If you haven’t done so already, I also recommend looking through our WEBSITE for more information and plenty of photos. Our UPPER GARDEN and LOWER GARDEN venues also each have their own page going into more detail about the areas within each venue, rental minimums and example quotes.
Lastly, the FAQ PAGE is particularly informative and covers time frames, vendors etc. Please let me know if you have any additional questions that come up before I reply to your inquiry and I’ll be happy to answer those along with our availability information.
If you are planning a small ceremony only for a date before the end of June 2021 you might want to instead check out our MINIMONY AND ELOPEMENTS PACKAGES!
Also after reviewing this information if you would like to set up a virtual tour of the venue I can help you with that as well. We can schedule an appointment to chat over Google Meets from the comfort of your home in lieu of a site visit while we are closed. I will use photos, diagrams, and maps to show you the venues and how they work for events. Then once we reopen to visitation we can also schedule you for a self guided tour or an appointment with me to join you via Google Meets as you walk through the venue. I'm usually available for tours Tuesdays through Saturdays 11 am through 2:45 pm. Just let me know what works best for you and what day and time you’d prefer. Please list a couple options in order of your preference and I’ll get us scheduled for your top pick that's available.
Please do note that we must abide by current laws and government mandates on gatherings, etc. While I certainly hope that Summer 2021 will bring more flexibility in regards to events, there is still a chance there will be some restrictions in place that could affect your event planning. Here is a copy of our CONTRACT for our standard packages for your reference. Sections 3 and 4 in particular cover this.
