Junk Journaling Workshop
Relax, Reflect and Journal
Junk journaling is a creative mash up of a personal diary, scrapbook and an art canvas where you can express yourself freely. Junk Journaling involves using everyday “scrap material” , like old receipts or candy cover, to capture a memory, solidify a moment of insight or exercise your creativity. Unlike neat and linear scrapbooking, junk journaling allows you to embrace imperfection. And the best part - you reuse materials that would have otherwise gone to waste!
In this workshop, you can discover this wonderful art of turning discarded newspapers and magazines into meaningful creations. Embrace sustainability by repurposing trash into treasures that reflect your unique creativity and insights. Our staff and volunteers will provide thoughtfully curated materials repurposed from old magazines and posters from the garden.
