Admission tickets purchased online do not have a specified date or time reservation, does not have an expiration date, and can be used whenever you plan on visiting JFGM. After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and an email containing your e-ticket(s). Upon your arrival, have your phone or printed version of the e-ticket(s) ready to be scanned by admission staff. There is one general admission line for tickets purchased online or in-person.

• Children 6 years old or younger are free

• Tickets are available for purchase at the door. JFGM accepts cash, card payments and Apple Pay.

• Lower garden closes 30 minutes before closing time.

• JFGM is a part of the American Horticultural Society’s Reciprocal Admissions Program

• Military, senior, and student tickets must be accompanied by valid identification

• Permits required for photoshoots. Outside food, drinks, scooters, bicycles, and other items that may be damaging to the garden are not permitted.

As we continue to grow with new programming, events, and garden expansion, we understand that there are different needs for every individual. To make your visit more enjoyable, JFGM provides additional resources to those in need. JFG’s pathways are ADA accessible and welcome for ADA service animals. Assistance for shuttle services or braille book are available upon request. Virtual and audio tours are also available.
