Lunar Magic: Full Moon Eclipse Cacao, Reiki & Sound Healing

You're invited to a special morning experience at the Garden honoring the powerful energy of the Virgo Full Moon Eclipse. This full moon, paired with the medicine of cacao, reiki and sound healing, is a wonderful opportunity to focus your intention on releasing old routines or patterns that might be creating blockages or stagnancy in your life.

You will begin with a warm cup of heart-opening cacao ethically sourced from Guatemala. You will then be guided through a short meditation to help ground you into full presence and prepare you to receive the soothing energy of Reiki and frequencies of sound. We'll transition into a multidimensional sound journey intended to ease you into a blissful state of relaxation. Group Reiki will be interwoven during the sound portion of the event. You'll enjoy the sound medicine of crystal and Tibetan bowls, gongs, crystal harp, chimes, native flute and other sacred instruments while outdoors amongst the beauty of the Garden.

You'll be guided by multiple facilitators dedicated to creating spaces that allow for deep stillness, nurturing and illumination. Please bring a yoga mat and dress for comfort. Eye pillow or mask, cushion, blanket are recommended. Water suggested to stay hydrated. Cups will be provided for the cacao, however, please feel free to bring your own cup or mug with you.
