Silent Auction Schedule

5:00 PM – Silent Auction Opens
Browse auction items and begin placing your bids.

8:00 PM – Silent Auction Closes
All bidding must be completed by 8:00 PM.

8:00–8:30 PM – Winner Notification & Payment
Winning bidders will be announced at the auction station and/or contacted for payment. Please visit the auction station during this time to confirm your winning bids and complete your purchase.

How to Bid

  • Upon check-in, each guest will receive an event badge with a unique Bidding Identification Number.

  • To place a bid, write your Bidding Identification Number and your bid amount on the bid sheet for the item you wish to win.

  • Each new bid must meet or exceed the listed minimum bid increment.

  • Bidding will remain open until 8:00 PM.

  • Payment will be processed at the auction station. Items such as gift certificates may be picked up immediately after payment. Physical items will be available for pickup as directed by event staff.
